After my subscription first term ends, will it automatically renew?
Yes, your membership will automatically renew at the end of your initial term, so you can continue enjoying uninterrupted access to your ELLE COLLECTIVE benefits. If you decide not to renew, you can cancel at any time by contacting our customer service team, who will be happy to help.
I’m already an ELLE magazine subscriber, what do I have to do to access the ELLE COLLECTIVE membership?
Thanks for being a magazine subscriber! ELLE COLLECTIVE is an optional upgrade to your magazine subscription. If you wish to upgrade your current subscription, please contact us at 01858 438 796 and our customer care team will upgrade your subscription.
How can I pay for my ELLE COLLECTIVE membership?
You can pay for your membership securely using a credit or debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of your subscription term, but you can cancel at any time by contacting our customer service team.
Can I still get an ELLE subscription?
Yes. We've renamed our subscriptions as memberships to give you even more from ELLE. With ELLE COLLECTIVE Print & Digital, you'll receive every issue of ELLE delivered straight to your door, plus full access to the digital magazine and ELLE app, including back issues. Enjoy the flexibility to read in print or on the go, with access to exclusive member content, rewards and benefits through the ELLE app. It's the complete ELLE experience, wherever and whenever you choose to read.
I’m already an ELLE magazine subscriber. How do I access my ELLE COLLECTIVE membership?
As an existing ELLE subscriber, you're already an ELLE COLLECTIVE member. To access your membership benefits, simply download the ELLE app and enter your customer number in the Collective tab. Once activated, you'll be able to enjoy your available member benefits, including exclusive content, rewards and offers included with your membership.
When will I receive my welcome gifts?
If you've joined ELLE COLLECTIVE ALL ACCESS with an annual membership, your limited-edition Smythson notebook and ELLE COLLECTIVE tote bag will be sent to you shortly after your membership is activated. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Where can I find my customer number?
Your customer number can be found in your membership confirmation email and on any subscription correspondence you receive from us. You'll need your customer number to activate your ELLE COLLECTIVE benefits in the ELLE app, or in ellecollective.co.uk
